In this class, these movements are done lying on your back. Each class will start with foot rolling so participants need to have a ball of some kind, or dowling. Any ball will do, ideally a spikey ball but tennis balls or racquet balls or any thing that you can roll and put pressure on under your foot. The Tensegrity Repair Series opens the layers of the body, assists in healing injuries, and strengthens the core and deep muscles of the body through the fascial system

About the Instructor
Since receiving her 250 hour Classic Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Langara College in 2014, Sandi has completed additional teacher training in Yoga for Healthy Aging, Pilates Mat, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Wrists and Shoulders. She will be adding Chakras and Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Mental Health Training to her plate in November as she works her way toward a Certified Yoga Therapy Accreditation.
